Withrawal from skyvegas for £14,440

Hi All, Hope everyone is well?

I'm just wondering if anyone has some knowledge on this matter and I thought if anyone can help the casino grounds community can! I have played at Sky Vegas now for years but the last year I have used my mums card on occasions (between 20-30 different times) and have won and have withdrawn the winnings no problem but last Saturday I hit a big win on danger high voltage for £14.440 now they are asking for my id and my mums id and my mums bank card that's fine I will send that over but does anyone think there will be a chance they wont pay out based on it's a third party card. The only thing I could find in the terms and conditions was this:

We are entitled to assume that You are using Your own funds and we accept no liability where that is not the case. We reserve the right to void any bets and withhold any winnings placed with third party funds.[/SIZE]










But if this is the case why would they let me deposit with my mums card that many times and withdraw but this time not, the minimum I deposited every time was between £200-£300 on my mums card 20-30times!!
 
If anyone can give me some knowledge would be most appreciated.

the question is why would you use a parents card and not your own tho? says to me like you have issues gambling and send your mother money to safekeep, so why doesn't she just transfer to your bank and you use your card?

just send the what ever docs they require and it should be sorted

 
CasinoBullets totally understand your comment if I honestly knew it was going to be a problem I would have used my card I will send them whatever they want and wait to hear sorry for asking a stupid question I guess.

 
The rules in terms of using others card are there to prevent money laundring, fraud and so on and tends to be quite stright. Even in husband/wife cases.

Would prepare not to get paid, but should naturally try your best. Providing a written approval from your mother might help, but keep in mind you've breached a very significant term of use.

 
Sirbuzzk thanks for your comment yeah sent all documents they asked for, I just don't get why I have been able to withdraw before and this time not thanks again for your comment has been a bigger help than some people's comments. Honestly I didn't know it was a problem but won't do it again.

Thanks for all you comments but I've been paid out sky where very helpful and that's why I will always use them. I will like to add I had savings in my mums account that's why I used it I made a mistake and I will never use her card again I will just transfer it to my bank and deposit that way.

 
If you have used somebody else's card it sends up so many red flags,stolen card due to addiction problems,being underage to use gambling sites and so on. It just never seems worth the risk to me as you are bound to need to withdraw sometime.
