Withdrawal stalling - voodoodreams.com

Now what they could stall is that on my bank statements my company name is present instead of my personal name. I already provided all the proof that both can be linked but i can still get a official dully stamped and signed document from my bank official. They simply sign it off under the T&C's which alot of people take for granted.

Unless i am from a different planet i think i actually have a case here no?

 
I'll keep ya'll posted on the progress regarding the dispute. I have replied to voodoodreams and started a complain at ask gamblers. I'm hoping i can resolve this with voodoodreams themselfs before reaching out to SuprNation and the MGA. When it comes to dutch (and apparently also Malta) law i am in my right and entitled to all winnings since i have not breached the T&C's since i have total control and ownership over the business. Below is the email i've send as a reply on there decision.

I would like to formally dispute the made decision and explain the reasoning why.
 
There are multiple ways of registering a company at the chamber of commerce. Below i have named a few of them.


 
  • Sole proprietorship (independent contractor)
  • The ltd, The private company
  • Limited liability company

 
Each law-full registration type has pro's and con's and are best for certain situations. My company; Weareworkingonit, chamber of commerce nr: 71015620 is lawfully registered as a sole proprietorship. 
 
As a sole proprietorship i am responsible for every actions and finances of the sole proprietorship. There is no differentiation between private and company wealth.
 
Said back account used is purely an additional bank account for convenience sake named with my company name for professional reasons. Said bank account is a valid bank account given out by the dutch ING bank. A licensed bank in the netherlands. As provided and stated in the supplied documents to your security department i am the lawfully sole owner of said bank account.
 
With this in mind i am complying with the T&C's of voodoodreams.com and i am legible for the additional winnings of 5515.12 euro. If you would need any further documentation to proof my legibility i am happy to provide what is needed.
 
I do hope we can resolve this dispute in a proper manner.

Don't panic!
It can take few days, don't nerve!

The same was with me, don't make a stupid thing, just relax!

They must to verified you account, and with this sum it can take some time!(

 
A small update on the dispute. Both AG and casinogrounds PAB have ruled in my favor, yet the provider ignores it and refuses to pay out. They have gotten a warning on casinogrounds and the dispute is now at the MGA. I have made a official complaint at the MGA and i'm hoping they will force the provider to act accordingly.

I would not advice people to play at voodoodreams as they misuse there T&C's
