Withdrawal- max bank days has passed

Hello. Just wondering if the withdrawal is approved, casino says 3-5 bank days to recieve the money, no money is in my account on the 7th Day... is this normal? I have done everything right and also sent documentation that shows that I have not recieved the money.. does this happen often to others??

It's happened to me before and it could mean everything. Nowadays they just say covid.... Nothing to worry about.

 
So without much info helping is a bit difficult:

What site was it on?
How did you deposit?
How did you (try to) withdrawal?
What did the casino say?
Did you use a bonus?

As I said I had the same thing happen to me and some excuses are:
1. You bank doenst accept payments from casinos
2. Because of Covid we are slower than usual
3. Just wait, it's on its way
4. KYC needs to be done first (even when it was already done)

Although I don't have any real evidence, those casinos always give me the feeling that they want to stagger the withdrawal and hope you reverse and lose all the money. If it's a trusted casino, they will give you the money eventually.

Deposit with visa and withdraw with bank transfer. No bonus. The withdrawal was approved friday 11th. Support says the money is on the way and should have been in my bank account last friday. They are now not giving me an explenation to anything. Was just wondering if this happends to others aswell.. 

My account is verified and has been for a Long time:) 

 
No update yet. Support contacted the payment processing partner and they confirmed that the money has been sent. Don't know what to do next.. I have sent bank statement showing that the money is not in my account, everyday now. Starting to worry 😕
