Winning bets dont balanced to my account roulette

I have 3 rounds winning but my winnings are nog credited to my account. Have some one else this problem is the seconde time now first i get the winnings in 12 hours. And now still 2 days ago.

1188€ missing

Thank you for bringing this up to my attention.

It is never fun when you have missing winnings, and our casino manager is investigating the cases as they come together with the game provider. As soon as we get confirmations for the game rounds results from the game provider's side, we pay out what ever amount the game provider confirms. This can take 0-2 days.

Our tech department is looking into how we can optimize it further to make sure that this issue doesn't happen.

Your winnings are in your account now, the casino manager just confirmed!
