Does Wildz always take so long to respond to support questions? I'm having some trouble withdrawing since it requires I withdraw through my deposit method but Canada does not allow withdraws to Mastercard. I've informed other casinos and they have had no problems allowing bank transfers after knowing the issue but Wildz seem to be ghosting me. 3-4 Days without a response.

 
Hey mate im in the same boat as you ibe had no reply since i pressed withddraw 4 days ago then when i went to chat they said they have to email the secruity team etc

 
i had the same issue. Screenshot where it shows you don't have the withdrawal option and send it to support and the team. Worked well for me after a week

 
Well I ended up losing it all since there isn't a withdraw lock either. My fault for having bad impulse control and trying new casinos I guess.
