Wildz Casino - Withdrawal Delay

Hey guys. Well the title tells it all. I made deposit 4days ago with E-Wallet. FAQ tells that they process withdrawals in 30mins or 1-3 bank days with european users ( I live in Finland) I have contacted their support already several times but they dont seem to give single f*** about my complaint. They all just tell the same " Huge traffic" etc. Avoid this casino. Dont play there. Their customer service is more than bad. I posted screenshot there. I told them that is has been 4 days now but again same " We cant do anything about that. We have delays atm" This is so frustrating. I was about to buy my wife nice birthday present with these money.

Same shat for ages. When I had my last withdrawal problems they "randomly" asked for docs for my 2 different bank accounts and Skrill for the second time and I hadn't even exceeded the old 2k withdrawal KYC limit, just to delay. (also Finn). So I excluded myself from Wildz

1. Are you fully verified? if not, get yourself verified as it will greatly decrease the withdrawal time. After my account verification (took a whole week) the verification of the withdrawal i had there was handled within 24 hours.

2. Wildz is not obligated to just hand you over the money you are trying to withdraw just because you are in a hurry to buy the wife a present. Maybe next time you shouldn't gamble with that kind of money
