Fastest withdrawals are now Rizk for me. Best casino is subjective and all about opinions as they will favour casinos they usually win at. I like Rizk as a casino too but I don't like their poor system of rewards as all they ever do is spew out 5 spins at minimum stakes on poor paying slots. LeoVegas is good too even though I don't win there as often as I would like.
