All numbers are in NOK (about 0.1 Euro)

Saturday:  Deposited 500 on Frankfred. Played it up to 11500.  Made a withdrawal request. I made many withdrawal here in the past but apparently I hit a limit so they wanted additional verification. To protect my profit until verified I entered a max loss limit of 1000. I did this early  Sunday morning, just after midnight.

On Sunday I played it up to 17000 and made withdrawal request for all.

Monday . Still not verified account. They asked for some statement I was not sure how to obtain for a deposit method I used once or twice.

Reversed the withdrawal and ended up loosing all.

My question to the casino and to the forum: How is this possible when I have a max loss daily limit of 1000.

Frankfred says they are looking into it but so far no reply.

What rights do I have in cases like this?

Wow, how is it possible to loose all that money? Sorry for the loss, but it sounds to me like you should stop gambling due to what sounds to be a serious gambling adiction. Make a permanent exclusion shut down all your account asap.

Initial deposit was 50 euro. Easy come, easy go. A deposit is lost money. Appreciate inputs on my question then I will deal with my gambling habits myself. 🙂

Yeah, unfortunately in these situations, loss limits are based on net losses, so it doesn't stop you from losing your winnings. In this kind of case the best way to prevent being tempted into reversing a withdrawal (I'm sure many of us have learned this lesson before) is to set a wager limit.

Support says the same as you but I did the exact same thing on Wildz a few weeks ago and then the limit kicked in so apparently its different on other casinos.
