Hi. I'm wondering if anyone could help me. Trying to verify account to make a withdraw. They verified my id and my utility but will not verify my bank. I have sent two months of statements that I downloaded from my bank with the deposits done through interac and show on my statement with all my everyday living expenses. I have sent them emails from gigadat the company that takes the payment with copys of deposits/receipt with date, conformation, amount. They keep telling me my bank statement is no good and the email from gigadat is no good. And then they ask me for a copy of my bank statement or receipt from gigadat for deposit. No other options. What do I do.
