Whats wrong with Pokerstars these days

So I was talking with my friend other day and he told me that he made a 20$ deposit on Pokerstars to get that deposit bonus they offer and after he made a deposit his account was frozen shortly after without an explanation. 

He sent an email 10 days ago and still did not get answer.

Pretty sure you can still use the live chat function? They are taking the piss none the less. Increased my limits and they imposed their own limits on my account at £3200 a month, which is a joke. I have no say in what I can deposit anymore these days?
