What means "Days Won"?

I am wondering was "Days Won" means in my bio? There's the Group, Rank, and Post Count what makes all sense to me but what's Days Won? My score there is 1 and I'd really like to know my prize

I think it's something to do with your reputation, the more you comment and people like it it improves your reputation if you get the most you win the day I could be wrong though.
