There was a traditional betting game which allowed by government in our country we call it lottery number game.

the odd of winning top prize was 1/9999 equivalent to 0.01% on each bet with top prize payout was 3500x bet amount. Everybody in our country was betting this lottery number game even my grandmother hoping to get top prize.

but the question come to my mind? what is the odd of winning SLOT then for every 100 spin? does any pro here do some calculation ?

This is a massively ambiguous question as the maths coded into each game is drastically different.

But, whatever the RTP of an individual slot is will allow you to work this out easily.
If the RTP of a game is 96%, you would 'expect' to have a return of £96 for every 100 spins at a flat £1 stake. On average.

Obviously, this is not how it works, and to get anywhere close to the actual RTP of a game, you would have to do millions of spins over a sustained period of time. But, those are generally the 'odds'.
