Welcome bonus terms and conditions .

[Jakefraser94]

Now i want to make this clear from this start this is by no means a personal attack at any streamer but i will mention a few names and the casino they use

After the unfortunate events today regarding nicks what should be mega cashout today . I decided to do some digging into casino welcome bonuses and their terms . as im a regular player who signs upto casino just for the welcome bonus this is really important . ( im fully awear of the terms etc of the groups and single brands that i play at ) .

I know every streamer wants to be as transparant as possible as with their viewers so i thought id bring this to attention . The chance hill welcome bonus .The max win while taking this deposit bonus varies to the deposit and they are as followed . There is a variable maximum win from the welcome bonus depending on how much you deposit. There is no such restriction on other bonuses.

• €10 deposit: maximum win €200.

• €20 deposit: maximum win €400.

• €30 deposit: maximum win €600.

• €40 deposit: maximum win €800.

• €50 deposit: maximum win €1000.

• €60 deposit: maximum win €1200.

• €70 deposit: maximum win €1400.

• €80 deposit: maximum win €1600.

• €90 deposit: maximum win €1800.

• €100 deposit: maximum win €2000

Now i know huggehugg use this casino on a regular and im one to lurk in his streams and i cant remember a time he has mentioned this limits to the welcome bonus .

The other one was Joreels casino

• • The maximum winnings you may receive during bonus wagering is €2000 ($2000, £2000, 20000 kr).

• • Maximum amount you can withdraw from a cashback/cash chip bonus is €1,000.

I know of 2 yotubers who use these casinos ( duo slots and grapes gambling channel )

There is loads more on my list but i dont want to make this post any bigger than it is so if anyone wants any other casinos that ive noticed feel free to ask and ill add the link .

Like i say this is a personal dig just be good if every affiliate could take the time to ensure they are familiar and make it clear in descrption etc . and before anyone asks no im not apart of the mcsplooger affiliate hating socitey or the chris cowdrey mafia .

peace people x

Just want to say I believe this was a genuine shock to Nick Slots, watch the vid, you can see he is genuinely surprised. On another note I do not agree with this at all. All the main casino's do it as well, William Hill being one of them. If you win big and get through the wagering then you deserve all your winnings. Otherwise the Casino's are saying the slot pays at a RTP of 95+% on a slot, but if they keep £2000 of someones winnings then the RTP is a lie. Any streamer who affliates to one of these sites KNOWINGLY then I agree with Jake we should be told during the stream. Cos I would not play there and I would urge anyone to avoid these sites like the plague.

[Slotplayer]

Always check the t's and c's before signing up. As an affiliate you can't remember every single line of those conditions.

I don't think any genuine streamer sets out to mislead their viewers.

[Jakefraser94]

@slotplayer defo mate but like i said this isnt a dig at one person . and if its one of your main casinos that you promote you should really know all the basic terms and conditions regarding the welcome bonus as this is one of the main selling points to a casino .

dont mean no hard by this just want people who promote said casinos with these terms to make it visible in description etc .

yeah mate i agree it was a shock and thats why i made it clear it isnt a dig at anyone , but it took me 5 mins to find 4 casinos with simular terms and if the affiliate did basic research regarding bonus terms then this would me made awear . i know any streamer that features on this website or the many others that are popular in the community would  do it on purpose . just something that should be noted in description.

Hugge stopped streaming from there when they made bad changes to the bonus terms, been many months.

edit; if you want to add another casino with bad terms to your list, there's Ikibu with a 6x max cashout of the deposit amount and 60x wager

I will check mine as I genuinely believe there is no limit. I probably stand corrected though after checking!!!

[Nick]

Great post tbh, certainly opened up my eyes to things and unless Calzone remove this ridiculous cashout cap when using a bonus ill be playing elsewhere.

I genuinely didnt know, especially since playing a lot of Big Time Gaming on max bet where anything can happen.

Went from elation to deflation after seeing the balance drop like that after wager.

I’ve always said that i play with the exact same rules as my players ie wagering and all other t&c so after today ill be putting pressure on Calzone to drop max cashouts completely.

Hopefully something positive can come out of this mess.

yeah i realised that after mate but im sure there is another streamer who uses the casino but i cant think of the name to save my life , and ikibu is the same £5k max cashout isnt it ? unless they have changed it in the past few months should be he same . cheers for the input much appreciated .

[ryans_slots]

instacasino is another max cashout

• £20 deposit: maximum win £400.

• £40 deposit: maximum win £800.

• £60 deposit: maximum win £1200.

• £80 deposit: maximum win £1600.

• £100 deposit: maximum win £2000.

• £120 deposit: maximum win £2400.

• £140 deposit: maximum win £2800.

• £160 deposit: maximum win £3200.

• £180 deposit: maximum win £3600.

• £200 deposit: maximum win £4000

these are actually ridiculous with wagering to be increased on most sites due to the stupid tax thing, and max cashout it's very very hard to beat wagering now days, just always stick to casinos with no max cashout and or from free spins. always read terms of new casinos so you don't run into trouble.

if casinogrounds can open a sub category for bonus terms help people can always help other members understand before them playing at that site and running into trouble.

always check BEFORE depositing max stake, games not permitted, max cashout and make sure people understand the terms before depositing.

You could remove that from the OP then.

On Ikibu,

Welcome Bonuses:

• Where any Welcome Bonus has been granted to you, you shall be entitled to request a withdrawal only once you have met all wagering requirements, and you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 (six) times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited unless you request that all of your withdrawal be returned to your account for further wagering.

The further wagering is 100x the sum of all deposits and bonuses (so 200x on the 100% welcome bonus) from what I can tell, it's pretty hard to understand the exact terms tbh.

But yeah, €5k cap.

Thanks for the headsup @themagics92!

I will most certainly bring this to attention with other streamers tomorrow so they check the terms and notify the viewers of any restrictions on the bonus funds.

I was watching Nick's stream today as well and saw that happen and was surprised myself on it.

As for adding a page or subforum for that, I will have a chat with the guys and see what we can come up with.

I did actually tell nick in 1 of his streams like last August, but he said it was for the welcome bonus, so I just assumed it was lol as he never has cashed out more than 5k on calzone until today.

im abit shocked at how you was suprised in all fairness , i mean like yourself and others promote casinos and are the main faces of casino grounds . the max cashout bonus term is something that is on the main bonus term page and isnt easilly missed . do you actually read the bonus terms before promoting a casino ? or do you just go off its under the mt secure licence and predict all terms are the same ? im not trying to cause any arguments here just want straight facts . its not just down to nickslots with not knowing the casino calzone max cashout but casinogrounds aswell as calzone is a casino that you promote  and it wasnt stated anywhere there 's a max cashout .

[Guest]

Hi Jake,

Great post. I suffered first hand from this bonus - i was offered a 200x upto £200 as an affiliate with wagering attached ( i believe 35x but i will have to double check) When setting up to promote the casino i asked all of the t&c's and was this just explained by writing over Skype. The conditions that were explained to me in Skype seemed perfectly reasonable so i decided to give it a trial. (Just to add at no point when asking about the t&cs was the £2000 max cashout mentioned, pretty big thing to miss-out)

I deposited £100 claimed £200 bonus and had a huge hit on Zeus where i won over 6k.  This is where it becomes really weird and complicated - The very next thing i had a message on skype from my contact at jo reels who was just so monitoring my account - he congratulated me on the insane win and at the time when only 5% wagering was done said shame you have wagering you will have to give all that balance back but at least you can make some good content.

I thought this was really odd, I have never ever had a casino  i promote affiliate manager instantly congratulate me for the mega win to then say shame you are going to have to lose it all.

Anyway I carried on playing  when only 1% wagering was left i had £6.9k balance.  Completed wagering and all over a sudden £4.9k went missing. I instantly messaged on chat support and spoke to my contact who explained that all bonuses with Jo-Reels have a 2k cashout. I felt physically sick like i have just been robbed as as at no point was this ever mentioned to me.

I no there is a major part of due-diligence on my behalf as i should of properly read all of the T&C's as i have done with all of the other casinos i promote but i took my contacts word of mouth without thoroughly reading through every part of the T&Cs but i do feel that he should of told me about this clause from the beginning when asking about the bonus terms. Why would i deposit £100 to only win max 20x my deposit back, this is very poor return when play high volatility slots. Additionally as a streamer  i can deposit upto £1000 a day. I am only playing high volatility slots to get the insane wins. With this max cashout clause it makes majority of the most played slots pointless.

Following on from this I made the decision about a week ago to withdraw Jo-Reels casino from my channel as i don't believe these terms are good for anyone who want to take the bonus. I am no longer playing at the casino after this incident and have started to remove links from my channel. I have been promoting them for a very short time and have actually had no sign-ups. I just want to point out that i don't think Jo-Reels is a poor casino, choice of games and withdrawal times are great, however if you do decide to play there never take the bonus offer you will end up feeling sick and robbed.

Just catching up with todays events. Shocked and feel for Nick

Every casino should have a pop-up message to accept any changes in published terms and conditions, but I urge everyone to fully read both general t&c and bonus terms before EVERY deposit even at a casino you frequent.

There are some very dodgy casinos out there (especially Nektan) with max cash-out rules and often get e-mails and disputes from people who have hit amazing 5,000x / 10,000x wins who in reality are only going to get a few hundred Euros because they have fell foul of these rules.

[slotsofun]

It's kinda sad really, because, what happens to the money left over, in Nicks case £3000. Who does that go to?

I've seem some terrible bonus restrictions in my time, I always read terms to any bonus I take and the worst I have seen is 2x the Bonus amount max on a 200%, can't remember what casino as it was never returned to after that, but there's been a few similar popping up. That's 4x your deposit. To make it worse, wagering was still 35x bonus and deposit amount.

Hey @Jakefraser94!

To be honest, I can't even have an account on Casino Calzone.

While personally I do try many casinos - and if I do decide to take the bonus, I go through terms before I deposit - no exceptions.

In this case, my country is restricted so I didn't even visit the casino Calzone, even less reading the terms.

But you are right on the facts here - it should be better checked / communicated within and I''ll talk to guys about it.

Edit: Our review page of Calzone had max cashout stated from the very start.

[Nick]

Morning guys, i want to apologise about what happened yesterday with regards a max cashout on a Casino i streamed at. I’m normally clued up about such T&C’s but somehow missed it this time. Casino Calzone is a top site and they’re currently looking into the possibility of removing a max cashout, but this won’t happen immediately and i will keep you updated.

The £3430 was returned to my Calzone account now that disappeared after i finished wagering but this means i get special priveleges over you guys and i don’t like that. So instead of me keeping the £3430 for myself ill be giving it to this months Charity which is MIND

I hope you’ll join me today for the high roller and HUGE donation to an amazing Charity.

Much love x
