website error caused them to take my bet but miss a 300x

so I was betting on party poker, a UK online casino I've used for over a year and never had an issue with. during a round of lightning roulette they took my bet amount but didn't actaully play my bet, this caused me to miss a 300x that would have been worth £150, support has been useless and told me to email off the clip and information that I'm yet to get a response for. not sure what else to do and I feel like I've been scammed.

Sorry to read that you feel scammed.

In the clip I see that your bet has not been accepted before the game round had finished, the ball is directly to the left of the middle.
From the moment of the screenshot on it is irrelevant where the ball drops, as you are not playing in this game round.

Then again, I understand it is a bit frustrating to see that you would have won if you had played this round.
Quite unfortunate.

This has happened to so many people during crazy time and monopoly and them missing a multiplier or bonus round. They do fck all and blame your connection and give you your wager back. Good luck getting your win, its Evolution lol.

this has happend to me many times, you place a bet, it will say bet accepted .. or it will say bet accept on the screen, then a pop up appears saying bet was not accepted, contact customer services. 

then the number you bet on wins .. for example I was casually playing roullete on pragmatic play.. this happens alot on pragmatic play.

then i decided Wth let me put 4 on 36,, instead of 1 on the line.. or instead of smaller usuall bet , I put 4 straight up on 36.. then wheel starts spining.. then all of a sudden they take off your bet and send that message. guess what ! you wont win nothing../ and a few times they dont even refund the 4 back into your balance.. in under just 1 year. this has happened to me around 4 times on pragmatic and 2 other times on another shady provider i think playtech or something.
