Before i started playing i was in contact with chat and asked if i could play all slots/videoslots with a deposit bonus, and the agent said that all slots is ok to play on, but some does not count towards the wagering, and max bet/spin is 5 €.

I played with a 100% deposit bonus, had some nice big hits and finished the wager requirements.

I double checked that the bonus(wager) was done and my balance was now 1440 €.

So no problem so far, and after i finished the wagering i raised the bet to 10€ for the next four spins just so i could withdraw an even 1400 €.

2 days later i got an email from staybet saying i abused the terms & cond and all my winnings had been forfited?

So the sick twist they have in the terms & conditions at STAYBET is, after you finished  wagering the bonus, the terms & conditions are still is in play and maxbet/spin is still 5 €?

How the hell is this possible, is it even legal to have terms & conditions on wagerd money, i mean the money is now mine?

They said, beacuse the winnings comes from bonus money the terms still aplays until you make a withdrawal?

So i closed my account and told them to go and F*** them self...

What made you play there in the first place? They have no reputable license and don't even have a third party resolution provider.

I made the same misstake as you spanaren, made a deposit with sick wager, won about 12000kr and made a withdraw for 9500kr and now i got an email saying i abused the terms by playing on forbidden slots.....in this case it was 300shields. And they also had Jack And The Beanstalk as a "forbidden" game to play while on bonusmoney. And yes you could still play all thoose forbidden games and then if you win, like i did, they can claim that you played on games that are not allowed and they took all my winnings and left me with my original deposit.....300kr.
