hi, I did over 40 bonus buys on this game. did not get to play a single one. (hunt for maxmax)

I expected to rip on the 5 spins bonus (bought 10) when gambling the spins. none went past 10

did 10 buys for 50x the stake. none went past 15 spins.

the rest of the 20 bonuses I bought for 100x. NONE made it past to 20 spins.

so Blueprint id really like an explanation for how this is fairly possible? :) Can this game cost you 5000x to get the max max bonus or 10kx?

I did a session at this game some months ago as well, bought 10 bonuses for 100x a piece, NONE made the gamble to 13 spins. 

i have to add, that I can afford to lose & that bonuses was bought at min stake. the reason i did not collect was because I was trying to get the max max bonus which usually will cost you 500x to a 1000x rip to get. but this is something else, did not seem fair at all as all I was gambling was the spins  never the multiplier.

I think the chance of  getting to max/max in 40 buys is around 70%

So 30% chance not to get there in 40 buys.

Numbers pulled out my ass. 

It's more difficult then you think to beat the odds over so many spins, even though you are a favourite every individual spin.

You have to gamble around 25 times to reach max / max.

At 100x buy it starts at around ~70% chance to win and moves on up on increments that are not entierly steady, and at some point they even decrease a bit.

However, a very rough estimate given that we have 25 rounds and start at 70%:

0,7 * 0,75 * 0,78 * 0,79 * 0,8 * 0,82 * 0,83 * 0,83 * 0,85 * 0,8 * 0,81 * 0,82 * 0,83 * 0,84 * 0,85 * 0,86 * 0,87 * 0,88 * 0,89 * 0,90 * 0,91 * 0,92 * 0,93 * 0,94 * 0,95

= 0.01434899977
~= 1.43% chance of making it to max / max (on each try).

Each try is independant of eachother but you should get max / max every 70,9 buys on average then i guess.

Hmm, I was far off then.

@Switchback can you show the method for working out what I have calculated, I don't actually know how it's done, just the number my brain spits out, works on the "seems about right" (quoting my brain) method.

Is it .9857 x .9857 40 times?

55% chance to fail in 40 tries, 45% chance to get max/max.

i used to buy the bonus on this (the highest bonus buy), and i never used to gamble the spins on it, i used to buy and gamble on extra chilli tho
