Yesterday i won around 15€ on some freespins Viggoslots gave me and it was wager free, I played a while and won 100€. That was the amount I was gonna deposit so I though No matter how this goes I've in a way made 100€ (by not having to deposit it), I endes up winning more, my balance was 500€, then 1300 and then after hitting 2200x on Dead wood and my balance was 3200€ (i got carried away from that high of winning so much in Deadwood and I bought some expensive bonuses, you as a fellow casino player can probably understand that without judging 
) well long story short I ended up withdrawing 2000€ wich is my biggest cash out ever!! I was so happy, thats more than 1 months pay! I make from 1000-1500€ after taxes a month! This was so amazing, been having a hard time lately and this was like lotion for my soul! After blowing off too much on casino last year and having to deal with that this money would pay down the last par of my loan and I could also buy a fly fishing rod I've been dreaming of for years.
Sorry for all the detail, but this is just to tell you (whos reading this) how hard this next part hit.
But this moring I wake up to a email saying I can only win maximum 250€ on freespins and the deposit was not succesfull. So the new amount on my account was now 250€ not 2000€!
I contacted support and they were rude and not helpful.
How is this fair? I didn't win 2000€ on free spins, I won 15€ that I chose to play with and made that in to 2k...
I feel robben and Im so down now... This is my worst casino experience!
But is this really right? I didn't win that 2k on the free spins that the rules say...
