Videoslots forfeited 9k€ win

As reported elsewhere, Videoslots has paid out all affected players their winnings despite no bets taken, but winnings credited.

Can those that complained please confirm this?
I haven’t got a single cent from them, no winnings, not even the balance i had before playing merkur. I had 6sek (0.6€) when my account got unlocked, but i had around 50€ before playing any merkur slots.

Only those where withdrawals had already been processed and they have permanently locked the accounts unless the players want to return the money lol

Ah.... so you never received the winnings then? It looks like those that received the money will not be asked to pay it back then.

 
No matter what the problem is, VideoSlots is clearly treating the matter wrong threatening their customers with the authorities. Horrible communication in my opinion

Exactly, i did a cashout but never recieved the money before they locked my account, and now they have all the winnings + my original deposit.

ye i can confirm that there was a fault on all edict games between friday lunch and sat morning i managed to cash out over £20k safe and in the bank :)

I lost my withdrawal and initial deposit. Slot was acting completely normal, I won but there is another story now... -.-"

 
I won 2 k euros on Fruit Mania/Golden Nights jackpot (Yewel) as far as i know that slot isn't under Edict provider. (which they stated got affected by technical issues).

They took 160 euros from my Videoslots account balance from my Merkur session. Slots were working fine. But according to Videoslots they reserve the right to tell you when you win 'Slot had technical issues'. Thats called cheating and Casino i once trusted turned out to be cheating casino.

I saw @Slotplayerlost 200 euros same day as i played and in his case when he lost they decided games were working well. I won playing same games and when you actually win games are not working well.... JOKE!

If they can take your legit winnings just like that i don't see point in playing on their site anymore.

So after all this non sense i closed my Videoslots account.

Can anyone recomend legit Casino?

ye i can confirm that there was a fault on all edict games between friday lunch and sat morning i managed to cash out over £20k safe and in the bank :)

I had the same thing!! I was playing Magic Mirror II and Bonanza at the same time, deposited £10, cashed out £300 but was still going, my balance went up to another £250, then my account was deactivated and all the money disappeared. including my £10 deposit. I received the same email, they're now looking into what was spent and what stakes were made to see what I'm owed back. If I don't get anything back then will want to take it further. 

 
They would get the police? Wow! This has put me totally off playing here even though I have never had a problem myself with withdrawels. What kind of company makes a mistake like that and threatens customers with the police! Surely they should be taking it up with the providers!

 
 I was going to open an account here ,now i will not be opening a account with these any time soon , in the long run it will cost them money

And to end this agony, I'm going to deactivate my Videoslots account.
They refused to refund my initial deposit after they cancelled and forfeited 9200e withdrawal.
My gameplay was completely normal and I won that money fair as I have lost my money many times before that win.

Unfortunately, I can't be objective since it's so much of my money in the game.

Askgamblers rejected my complaint with an explanation that T&C allows them to do that... But they were not working by their own T&C in a few ways.

It's pretty much game over now haha  :D

They refused to refund my initial deposit after they cancelled and forfeited 9200e withdrawal.
My gameplay was completely normal and I won that money fair as I have lost my money many times before that win.

Unfortunately, I can't be objective since it's so much of my money in the game.

Are you able to contact the mga or gambling commission or any other arbitration body? I would invite them to contact the police as they would look the fools if they did and you would have a record of the complaint.

That's a joke. Definitely take it further. Raise an official complaint then send to an ADR if they don't play ball. Only use MGA or UKGC if that doesn't work out.

i am gaming since 5 Years. i loss a lot of money. During the time i figures out witch industry is behind this casinos and witch structures. 

And the end we are playing on 5 or 6 Industries but all the casinos are under different licence and sister Casinos. At the end they are telling they are undefended what is not the truth the most of them are sitting in the same building same adress, same manger. 

Also MGA Malta and the other licence comapnies are not investigate complaints enaught. All the Casinos proving as an example online gaming in Switzerland even this is illegal since 2019. They blame on the costumer that this is the responsible of the client to check the local laws. This means company terms can breach offical jurisdictions. 

Other Casinos breach they responsible gaming terms, ignore self exclusion, aloud to creat two accounts accept deposits but winnings will be void. 

End the End the costumer will lose everything, because the its not a fair game- it is strategy.
