Hi anybody had any recent issues regarding video slots first in first out on withdrawal I've had the same card for months made deposits and with drawls on it but now it won't let me withdraw I can deposit I can play games etc all my docs are varified nothing outstanding just can never collect winnings I've spoken to support few times issue still remains

Hi there, you mention that you cant withdraw? But you also say that you can keep depositing and playing? 

Firstly why would you keep depositing if you cant withdraw, just be careful as that could lead into a bad way where you just keep gambling until you lose and no one wants to see that happen

What have support said? Have they advised why you cant withdraw?

I used video slots a long time ago and never had any issues but havent used them lately... but I would suggest not depositing until the issue has been resolved so that you dont waste any potential winnings going forward

Keep us updated and hopefully it's a simple fix to solve.

Can't withdraw been 4 days now sent bank card over 8+ times had emails few times saying sorted but not had £900+ balance couldn't withdraw played it off rather than let them swallow it support have ended chat twice soon as they new I was UK customer one chat said they have massive issues with UK customers speaks volumes

I'm not placing anymore deposits as its only UK players  Had over £900 balance been 4 days keep sending same card and they keep saying that its set up but I try to withdraw and keeps saying same Fifo so I played off rather than they keep it they said all UK players or having trouble I suspect brexit has summit to do with it or I'm just sooo unlucky no I'm not puttingg another penny in they have owned up to having massive issues with computers etc but I'm tired of sending same details totally bad support they have ended chat several times soon as they found out I'm UK resident totally bad support I'm totally pissed off now there mistake they haven't solved issue I've asked to speak to supervisor or manager but they won't what does that tell you 

All I can say is shame on video slots and support teams for poor conduct towards UK players issue not resolved and I bet anyone £1000 still be same tomorrow and day after and day after UK not welcome thanks brexit live n learn feel free to copy share pass on
