If a player withdraws more than once in a 1 day period a processing fee of €2.5, $2.5, £2.5, 25kr shall apply. All withdrawals with normal bank wire are free of charge regardless of how many times he wishes to withdraw per day.You are most welcome to contact our support again if you have any further questions. Best regards,Elin BCustomer SupportVideoslots.com

That's very strange to hear. When I play on Videoslots I cash out big winnings directly, that usually results in multiple withdrawals when I am on a hot streak. And I have never been charged a withdrawal fee, even though I often have made like 2-8 different withdrawals in the same day...

If a casino would charge me fees for cashouts I would NOT keep playing there. Seems ridiculous to me that casinos charge fees... They already profit huge amounts of money from the players and they SHOULD always do the withdrawals for free...

That is strange. I have made several withdrawals per day too and other than the very first one, each subsequent one is charged at £2.50. So if you were to withdraw £100 you will only receive £97.50.

I don't mind this charge because (1) I know about it and (2) they are fast dispatching the money to you!

I have been playing on Videoslots for some years now and their payouts are quick and reliable. No extra charge when I cashout with banktransfer but a fee for multiple ones?  Interesting though it might be to prevent more transactions per day I dont know. It is a strange rule though. Kinda disagree with a rule like that, if it is the case they should pinpoint how many transactions is the max, now it is just non transparent.

@Slotplayer I think you pay because you withdraw through credit card?

I do withdrawals through bank transfer. Takes 5-20min to get processed and hit my bank account ;)   I checked their withdrawal  list and it states a fee for credit card withdrawals, but not for bank transfer.

I did 4 withdrawals today as well, no fee at all ;)

So if you withdraw through bank transfer and pay a fee that's very strange? Maybe they like me more :D

Yeah that could be it. Withdrawals through bank transfer as always free, all other methods (including Skrill that I use) have a fee of £2.50 other than the 1st of the day.
