Hello all

I just wondered if I'm unusual in this problem with verification. I have joined many casinos so always keep my verification documents scanned in and ready for a new casino when I join. However I've run into a new problem that I don't think I'm alone in. The Address verification document has changed from anything with your address into a utility bill, bank statement or tax bill. This time scale has dropped greatly as well down to just the last 3 months. Now my utilities are payed by me and my partner so I only have some, of which some of those bills have gone paperless. My bank statements have gone paperless and if your credit cards are unused in a while those stop too. Finally a tax bill only occurs in March/April.

So today (7/11) I have a new problem which is actually finding a document that isn't over 3 months old. What do you guys do or use in this situation ?

I know they have to check fraud but in this day and age everything is becoming paperless, is this really the only way ?

Have you talked to customer support about this?
I've had some ridiculous verification requests before, but managed to get away with it way easier than I thought it would be.

They wanted a screenshot from my online bank account once, ONE screenshot had to include the account number, my name, card number and my address. Due to the layout of the site it wasn't even possible to get it all in one screenshot. I tried just taking a screenshot where you could see my name and the account I was withdrawing to in the same picture, I was really surprised when they actually accepted this immediately.
Most times it's as hard as it sounds, but sometimes it works out surprisingly easy.

My bills are all paperless now as well, however, you can still access your bills online surely? I know for me anyway, all utilities and bank statements, even though paperless, have online options to view. A picture/download of these are enough.
