I am so glad the UKGC are introducing the new regulations that will make Online Casinos request documents from new users prior making a deposit. Basically, these crooks at Vera & John have blocked my account for the THIRD time in 1 year. Reason? They want more and more and more documents from me every time I make a substantial withdrawal. If I withdraw £200-500 - no problem. However, if the sum is exceeding £1000+, that's it, they'll do everything they can to prevent you from getting your winnings.
It is an absolute mockery of the system and there is nothing we can do. Thank god I do have piles of documents to send to them, like: proof of cards that I deposited with 3 years ago? (WTF?) or 2x copies of a Utility bill. However, how many 18-21 year olds do have that?
Just avoid them and also, CasinoGrounds should not be promoting crooks like these.
