Hello, i was looking through a casino video and i noticed a casino called

They had promotion for no-deposit 20 free spins and i noticed 10€ on a referral link

I registered and i noticed that i wasn't grant any free spins or no-deposit 10€ bonus from registeration some reason, so i went ask Live Support
It was unbelieveable.



I asked him, if they had registration promotion before, and he said NO, even though you can find reviews from players that was granted by it last 7 month's ago



I have to say, it was terrible live support, and i'm not going to deposit there anytime soon

@Gyoza I have had taht happen to me as well. Not on this site though, but on other sites.

I don't think is the fault of the casino, rather the affiliate that doesn't have that special offer anymore. Unfortunately this happens A LOT (not singling out any site or affiliate). Make sure to ask the affiliate you sign up through, if the bonus still applies. 

Lastly contact whoever you signed up through and ask them help you out. Hope they can help you, but a piece of advice is to check that offer still exist with chat before using it.
