unhappy with bonus from Aspers

I earned a bonus on Aspers online but when I tried to use it was told I couldn't do so til I had exhausted all the funds in my account , deposits + winnings. When I said I wanted to withdraw these funds I was told I would lose the bonus. So the only way of actually making use of the bonus was for me to lose all the funds. As anyone else been in this position

Its the standard parachute bonus isn't it? Are you in the UK? You use cash first and then have to wager the deposit x amount of times before its withdrawable.
