He was in Salon Prive Roulette with 25k balance. All Euros.
Bets 10K and tells the dealer to spin as the dealer only spins after you click on the screen telling them too. Winning number 31 and he loses, all good.
Next spin he bets 15050 and clicks on the screen to tell the dealer to spin, dealer does a no spin - ball didn't even make it halfway round, no number gets registered, dealer waits a while and spins again - good spin, winning number 9:
2k on the corner 5/9 so would have been paid 16k + his 2k stake but his losing bets weren't collected and his winning bet wasn't paid - casino owes him 2950.
Looks like it timed him out due to the extra time with nothing happening waiting for them to correct the initial no-spin. Either that or they pressed some kind of "no spin" button that puts the game back to where he needs to click to tell the dealer to spin and lock in his bet, but the pop-up by which he tells the dealer to spin "Tour de suite" never popped up so his bet was never locked in and the dealer spun of her own accord. It says "place your bets(Faites vos jeux)" throughout and never says "bet accepted(Mises terminees)"
It's looking like a flaw in their system or a mistake, they would not be trying to scam someone playing 10-15k per spin for the sake of 3k.

Starts at 2:58, Blonde dealer on fancy roulette table.
Looks like the winning 9, despite the dealer dollying the number, was never added as one of the winning numbers, doesn't show up in the display of previous numbers.
