I hate such ridiculous rules...there's literally zero reason for that slot to be excluded, as for many of the other in that list.

Sorry you had to find out the hard way, but yeah, that's indeed why you should avoid playing with bonuses, or read the T&C's carefully, or just play at good Casinos that don't try and pull off crap like this and basicallhy let you play all slots, even progressives! There's plenty of those around (still)

Hope they at least refunded your deposit, and you can move on from there asap.

They do have a rather weird and long list of games you need to avoid with bonus funds, which is definitely not the greatest place to take a deposit bonus.

yet its the same everywhere : the player has to make sure to read the bonus rules and follow them and unless something changes it will always be this way

OP, ouch that hurts!

Of course make sure to follow the T&C on any bonus, but who would expect Reactoonz and Reactoonz2 to be on a list of forbidden games?

All/most other slots have one unusually high variance, unusually high RTP and/or low variance, mechanisms to save up in-game, etc.

I cannot figure out (yet) why the following Play'n'go slots would be excluded from an anti-bonus abuse point-of-view:
Moon Princess
Rise of Olympus
Rich Wilde
Wild Frames
Reactoonz2

If certain game is forbidden they have to make it impossible to join with an active bonus. Make a launch error message pop-up.

If they allow you to play and later don’t pay-out it’s a scam and they all should be ashamed.

In a perfect world they would have to, but no casino rules are forcing a casino to do this, would be great if they have to!

Some do this by choice, which is nice

They did but this is at recomended from a casino streamer so thought it was a decent one
You have to take streamer reccommendations with a grain of salt. Just because streamers add casinos to theire list doesn't mean it's a good casino. You have to remember that streamers make money off you when you play with their affiliate link and because almost everyone has accounts on best casinos, streamers have to find new casinos for ppl to register at..

I reccommend looking at on what casinos Big Boy streamers here at CG play at. I don't watch many streams live, but main streamers here are pretty transparent with their finances. Followed @LetsGiveItASpinalmost from the start and He has announced gambling losses losses several years, not going nuts with his bets and not acting like a psycho live on stream. And he mainly plays on LV, same for @Nick and @Slotspinner. Sure, guess they are pretty comfy with their affiliate program, but many streamer still try to promote sketchy casinos after that, not them.

Don't go after welcome bonuses on all casinos. Stick with the big ones, and maybe play mostly on one casino - many have good VIP programmes when you play enough on their site.

Also have to say this :  Really enjoyed  @Daskelelele content from last year, i still do, but 15k bonus buys are nuts. Bets are entering that stupid classybeef/roshtein territory, whom I hate with all my heart .

Yes, i figured as much, but i'm afraid you thought wrong :(

Most CG streamers i think are cool, but t.b.f. i only follow @LetsGiveItASpinand on occasion @Slotspinnerbut even when they themselves are cool and play at trustworthy Casinos mostly, they also have a lot of new Casinos that want a piece of the pie. As such they will treat the streamers well, and often do promos here, or in the streams, to get some clout and hopefully tons of sign ups..

That in itself is all fine and dandy, but from a streamer point of view this means that those newer Casinos are all ok, as long as there aren't any players reporting otherwise. And usually there won't be, or just a few smaller incidents, and everybody's happy. But of course something 'bad' has to happen first, and then also be reported here or on other fora, or noone will know.

And that's also where the players point of view enters the scene: you just found out the hard way (luckily you got your deposit back at least) but exactly because of the above, the player has to do his due dilligence. And realise that their favorite streamers are just human (so prone to mistakes), and also running a 'business', which may cloud their judgement, in case of new Casinos.

There would be ways to prevent this, but it's a fast paced existence and i'd be surprised if that ever happens..

Indeed, if something happens, but Streamers could also do more to prevent bad apples in their offerings, by going for more promos with exisiting Casinos with a good trackrecord, and less promos with newer ones..That's just my opinion though.

There are tons of games that aren't related to advantage play in that list. High variance should not be an issue with a bonus, neither should low variance, and the only thing indeed that could be abused is various build up games.

Some Casinos traditionally also have these sketchy 'advantage play' rules which basically boil down to: if you have a good run on one game betting a bit higher, then hit a biggie, and drop your bet to casually try and beat the wagering, they might just void your winnings. That and the above are in my opinion just failsafes for sketchy operators to pull a fast one on players that hit big and 'appear' to be a 'low value' player, so it's more profitable for them to try and screw them out of their winnings.

Same 'ole story, unfortunately!

Exactly! There are various Casinos these days that use this, and i kind iof feel they all should be forced to - at least the ones regulated and licensed by 'proper bodies' such as the MGA and UKGC! It's been an option for quite a while now, but you see they rather keep it sketchy at a lot of places. Another big reason to either avoid new and smaller Casinos, at least for bonusplayers and high rollers..

In a perfect world they would have to, but no casino rules are forcing a casino to do this, would be great if they have to!

As above, totally agree here!

As i was typing this long ass post @wertygo also replied  with something similar, but i can't figure out how to use his post in my multiqoute and don't want to lose this book long reply so will react without quote: agreed! We're basically saying the same thing, and i would just add that you're p[robably bang on in your reasoning regarding new players being 'needed' to keep the affiliation side profitable.

That said, i think there's a way to bring the long time players into the game more actively, which would lower the need for said new players, and in the long term could be more interesting for all parties concerned (players, affiliates/streamers and the Casinos in question: keywords are trustworthy casinos, creative affilation schemes, player retention and loyalty rewards, but i'll save that for another thread :)

Yea, a reason why Malta should regulate Casinos more firmly. Most of these are crooks speculating that players don't read every T&C so they can "confiscate" the winnings. And offer 20% back for good nature haha

Wow, that's a long list, have you tried reaching out to the streamer for help? That would be my first course of action, if it's a serious streamer that is.

Thanks for your kind words @wertygovery appreciated ❤️

@Skylined87, for the benefit of the community, would it be possible to include a list of prohibited games in the review page of the casinos listed on CG? (with a disclaimer that the list is a non-exhaustive list for information purposes only, and that players should read the bonus T&C for each casino they sign up at)

Royal Panda has 3 non-sticky redeposit bonuses a week right now (Wednesdays, Fridays, and for now, Sundays), so I feel no need to take any deposit bonuses with new casinos. And you never have to worry about playing the wrong games or max stake when wagering, since all wagering has to be done with cash. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Looks to me like it is a selection of popular games to catch you off guard. They are popular games, maybe someone beat the wagering previously with these games and made a decent cashout so they added the game they had decent wins on to the list. There is no other reason I can think of as these games are actually quite terrible wagering games.

Just a list made reactively in my opinion. Pretty lame.

That's why i like to sticking real cash balances mostly, i had lost 1300 euros on RedBet cause of max bet was 2€
