1 year of play and down 70k without any withdrawals or any win above 150x. The few hits i had above 1000x got stolen by the casino blaming it on the T&C. I've been losing for over 12 months now. It has been so bad that i actually get sick of watching streamers win and actually get hatefull towards them. I've been thinking of streaming myself since i play around the same hours as all big streamers if not more. The stream i want to show is how gambling really is, constant losing. Not the false flags these streamers show.

To all people gambling, try to stop something has happened with slots that just don't add up. The entire fun factor has just dissapeared. The days of depositing 100 euro's and have 2 hours of fun are gone. Within 15 minutes it all just disappears on 0.50 bets. The math just doesn't add up.

It depends which slots you play actually. I don't know if you could really play 2 hours with only 200 spins, if you play wild north or steam tower i think its possible but must be a really low volatile slot. Every depposit you should view as lost money its just how it is, you can't make a living playing slots. ( if you are not an affiliate of course )

 
It seems like your just chasing your loses which is the complete wrong way to look at gambling. i would say you have a serious gambling problem after losing 70k on o.50 spins? take a 6 month break then return fresh minded and forget your loses and enjoy your gambling again. i do get what your saying about streamers always winning but have you considered the amount of time some of them play? and the constant balance bonuses they get? the odds are in there favor over us normal's :)

but ye my advise, just stop gambling for a while, dont chase loses and take up another hobby, gym?golf? boredom is the killer 

 
As Rexxor says, it all comes down to the slots you play. You can lose thousands in a hour on Primal for example, or play for days on a small deposit if you play lower varience slots.

i know what you are saying. Propably, you are referring to the early 2015, where you could win 500 euros with 5 euros in balance. Trust me, your are not the only one whos been seeing that slots these days are extremely poor. There is no way, you would play wild north by the time you know you will never win big. My biggest win lately was monopoly live couple 500x with extremenly low stakes like 0.30 and 0.5 cents. But now even this thing doesnt pay, since its all mathematics. House always wins. Anyway.  The thing is mate, if you know its impossible to win on slots, try something that doesnt need constantly bets. For example, bet on sports. Bet low, and expect high wins. But dont bet on slots nowadays, take a break and look something like sports, even poker, where you bet ONE TIME ONLY, and you wait long time for the result, eventually, you will get another hobby, which costs less than slots.

That's exactly what i mean. Last few years we seen a drastic decline in slots. I plan to go back to the tables, these have always been ok to good for me in the land based casino's.

In general i don't like the quick money grab slots the providers are putting out these days. Buying a bonus at 50 to 100x stakes is just evil and should be regulated/banned by the authorities.

 
It all comes down to luck and slots you play mate, for example last time i deposited was 2 weeks ago and it was 200€ and i have been playing 24/7 all types of slots but mostly with high RTP, so for 2 weeks i been playing and still not lost my money. 

Remember everyone can't be lucky, some people win more then others..i totally understand you because were all here to make money in life, just be careful with how much you spend.

 
For maximum fun/hour i would recommend roulette to anyone. Even that new lightning roulette. Slots are just dead these days, its like the RTP's have been toned down a massive amount.

Also consider checking the big wins section, DOA hits of 50k+x etc. all means less payout in te long run. These massive hits at the beginning only means it will turn completely dead very soon if not already.

roulette can be expensive tho, you have to bet pretty high in order to win, stick it to lightning roulette i would say then.

 
Having a year of constant bad luck is bullshit. Luck per definition is bullshit. So this week i spend another 1k and no matter what slot you hit it is all dead. High and low variance it does not matter the providers have toned down the RTP and the casino's mark whales for non winning.

After over a year of losing i'm convinced and my gut feeling says it is all shady as fuck. In online there are to many variables that can be manipulated and there are legislated by the biggest corrupt institutions out there (MGA for example). That case is actually pending legal actions but even legal firms on malta are corrupt and try to sabotage any legal action you try to take.

If you want entertainment then hit up a land based casino. There is no entertainment to be found anymore on online casino's. And as many have stated before if your there to win then the changes of that happening is -10000%.

The reality of gambling is:

the more you play, the more you lose. 

It's the same in landbased casinos or any activity where you have a lower then 100% rtp.

For new players you either:

play slots for the first time and lose so you bugger off to something else, never to be seen or heard on a forum.

Or

you play slots for the first time, you get a win and you get it in in your head that you can and should make money from them. So you play them more and you lose, and you play them more and more and you lose more and more. This carries on until you have no recourse other then to populate forums with your experience and words of wisdom.

Look I've been gambling high stakes for years now and I can tell you from experience it's all random. I've had bad months and good months, the trick is to find games that have good probability on a bonus. My favorite game to sink money into is Wild falls because if you get the gold bonus you have an extremely high chance of winning 1000x+. some games just have really bad bonuses and it's not worth it to farm. 

The bottom line is you will most likely lose with slots so if you don't have the money to burn you shouldn't play in the first place.

As a player you have an expected negative return on any turnover, so gambling should definitely not be seen as "lucrative" but rather a form of entertainment such as going to the cinema.

If you expect to win, believe you "have figured out the system" or anything of that sort  you have already lost and should look into your behavior as potential problem gambler.

Gambling is not a way to earn money as a player - The house more or less always win in the long run.

Not how slots work mate. A big win has no impact on future payouts. Each spin is independent and RNG based.

 
It's more that most slots go for high volatility these days, a lot of the rtp is in the higher wins, which means less smaller or medium wins that are possible. I think this trend is hurtful for the industry long term, many players will burn out a lot quicker than they used to on more survivable slots. There is definitely a need for a more balanced approach by suppliers, not every slot needs to be all or nothing (slightly exagerrated, but still).

It's also harder for casual players to find more survivable games, even themes with cartoon dog homes, or pigs being abducted by aliens are high volatile.

Operators are missing a beat by not being more clear on the type of experience a player can expect. Short term the gains are big, but life time value of casino players is surely down compared to a few years ago. Not only because of high volatility, but a contributing factor for sure.

Losing at splots doesn't make you have a gambling problem read his post again not fair to say that. Nick g is being genuine I think

Yeah maybe take a break for what ever reason your not winning and it's not fun taking a break you can look forward to slots once your in the break and have a different way of playing after you think everything  over,  break does help alot of things especially when then fun has gone a break is good to start fresh 

 
I think everyone got upset when they lost a lot. It sounds familliar to me too, cause I also used to think that I was addicted and that I lost a lot. But my friends helped me to cope with it. I played slots, poker on score88poker and not always lucky. At least the bonuses were comforting. The main thing in gambling is a sense of proportion. If you follow it, you will not lose much. And also stop watching streamers, because this is one negative.

que sera sera mate........I must have won £100,0000 plus over the years ...the open secret is keeping what you win...especially if its big ...and put it away in an ISA or somewhere you cant get at it quickly....now if only I had taken my own advice..... Ho Hum...!!!

 
Although the discussion on this topic has somewhat faded, I want to express my own opinion. Personally, I do not like slots, because nothing depends on you, the chance that you will get a plus is negligible. I prefer poker because it's really a sport where you have to train, analyze the game and stay smart all the time. Also in poker you play with other players, not from the casino, so more things depend on your actions, although luck is also needed. For anyone who is disappointed with slots, I recommend playing poker and training, training and training again.
