Spin casino - 5 stars?

So, I joined Spin casino from the link here on Casinogrounds 7 days ago. 5 stars and everything..
Did a rather small deposit. But won like 250 euro. Suddenly I got logged out. My account was locked. And I went to the chat asking why.
They told me to send some documents, because of a long gone over self exclusion on a sister site 3 years ago. and I did so. The documents got verified after 4 days.
But then they asked for a document proving my adress. Why didn't they ask for that first time?
And I sent in that as well. But then they told me it would be another 2-3 days to wait.
So, today 3 days had past, with no words from them. So I went to the chat again. And they told me that the last document I sent in went to the wrong departement. And that meant even more 3 days to wait.

Why the stalling? And why does it go to the bottom of the priority list everytime something happens? Especially the last incident, were the document went to the wrong departement. They did something wrong, but still it goes to the bottom of the priority list and I have to wait another 3+ days.

I wonder what they will come up with next time.

I had found this casino, after a long search for good casinos to review. I made a registration and went to live chat to ask about the time frames. As i remember, the verification time process is 7 days excluding the weekends. The withdrawal time frame via e-wallet, is 3 days! I had sent my docs for verification without making any deposit, because i wanted to see how good of a casino was. Weeks passed and i had to go to live chat to be informed. They told me that the my docs were verified now. I asked for a confirmation email. Never received it. Plus, i was told that in case they need anything more in the future they will ask me. That means, that my verification was useless. Of course, i never made any deposit, because i knew i would have to face problems with this casino. Everyday till now, i get messages on my phone, offering me 100% match deposit bonus. The breaking point is that i never made any review about it, cause i knew players would have issues and the department right now is giving you the usual hard time, so you will reverse your withdrawal. I know its disappointing having to wait days and days for a simple task. I hope mate you get your winnings, sooner or later.

Thanks man. Another thing I didn't mention is that I if I do withdrawal €250, the winnings will probably be capped at a much smaller amount because I do believe I read something about a max cashout of 6x the first deposit.

I don't know the criteria casinogrounds use in order to give a 5 star rating. It's really odd.

Today I talked with them once again.
And yes, the stalling continues.. They now want a new document on something that was approved the first time. They will just continue the stalling, it will never end. Well maybe by april 2024, after I've sent pictures of my appendectomy scar in 8 different angles.

They are doing this until I give up.. And yeah, I will not spend any more time on them.

But I do have a wish that Casinogrounds maybe remove spin casino from the casino list. Or atleast remove one star, because the five star makes them stand out like a top notch casino, wich they clearly aren't.

I feel you dude, last year I had the same issue with casinos that operate in similar way (they were from other group though) - I even wrote a post about it here - https://casinogrounds.com/forum/topic/30703-casino-casinia-verification-and-withdrawal/?tab=comments#comment-125111. But I think you should keep trying because I'm pretty sure they would pay you out eventually and I don't like when scammers win.

Unfortunately this is not the only suspicious casino that is promoted by CasinoGrounds (CasinoGods for example). Really all bonuses, free spins etc. are not worthy experiencing all of that - the best is to stick to sites like Betsson/Unibet/Stars.

I dont think its rude. Its a point of view, which actually might be true as well. The 6x deposit max withdraw, is worse than the terms of a non-licenced casino.
