SOW verification on casumo

So i got lucky and won on casumo. after depositing 1.2k i withdrew 3.5k euro and after a couple of minutes i got an email saying i need to verify my source of wealth. I only have a phone so had some trouble uploading bank statements, sallery and so on.
After a couple of days i fixed it and had the pdf file. Now when i tried to log in to my account it said they had paused my account untill my verification was complete. I then sent in my last documents on email and they would come back to me after they had checked it all. And ofcourse it was a ton of questions about my money in and out on my bank statement but i explained it all to the smallest detail.

Now its been 2 weeks since we sorted all of the documents and explaining and they are still looking through my account they say. There ia currently 3.5 k in locked withdrawls in there that i would like to get. I have sent them and explained everything they wanted so i dont know why it’s taking them so long. Im lvl 180 and been on casumo for 2-3 years i believe but that doesnt matter at all it seems.

Yeah i said that to them aswell but they just did not answer that-,- only when withdrawing they check everything when actually they should be checking it when you try to deposit the money that they mean is criminal or whatever

 
I’ll update if it gets sorted or if there is more info.. maybe they just have a busy time but im not sure cause 2 weeks is a long time to check a piece of paper ..

frustrating AF when 3,5k euro is on the line , that is a lot og money to me. 

 
What a fucking disgrace to treat people like that. I read more and more about casumo verification. I sent them my passport months ago and they still haven't confirmed it..

 
I get fully verified before my first deposit on any onlinecasino I play at. Before first deposit makes it go a little more faster because the casino would like my to deposit. If that is not possible at the casino or terms&conditions are somewhat strange or unclear I simple do not play at that casino. Hope other player will do same thing, because that is the only way we as customers can get rid of lousy casino.

About the SOW (source of wealth) that is a political topic. Money laundering and highcrime has become an attribute after some political choises in whole of the western Europe, so sad it is.

@danishcomfort they are telling you they have had there accounts for several years and on level 181, Dont spring up some SOW bullshit all of a sudden when a withdrawal comes up.

Make it official and send an email out to every player on there site stating there account is blocked until SOW is proven. But no they wont do that will they they will just wait for withdrawals.

I was at ICE and the LONDON AFFILIATES convention this week....The casumo team are down there so i dont know if thats slowing down shit, Also these guys are waiting for there money and there having a party. JOKE!

 
There terrible worst of them all takes ages to get money off them I had over 50 emails and ever time I would go full circle and they’d ask the original question. In the end I threatened them with a report too Malta gambling services it was then paid that day and they blocked me from going on there

I surely understand you, and I have no interest in the casinobusiness at all. It is so miserable that they havnt done there part of the deal and they havnt sent any kind of email or other kind of notification of SOW, in all most any kind business they would soon run out of customers.

What I was referring to was the law about terrorism and money laundery, which the casinos have to take very serious. How ever, this should never be the costumers problem.

I hope you soon will get it all sorted out.

 
Ladies and gentlemen, today the guy i have been in contact with finally sent me an email saying this : after going through all the information you have given to us we will keep you’re account closed. You have 3500€ on you’re account that we will tansfer to you’re bank account. Now i dont get why they wanted to keep my account closed but im tired of this bullshit so i’ll take the money and run the hell away from that casino.

i did enjoy casumo and i do think it is legit but they got some work to do with their verification system, atleast when it comes to the source of wealth, but i guess it aint easy cause there is those that really do fraud and all that bullshit.

 
I’m having trouble with Casumo. I have already verified my account. Last week they asked again for proof of income as my wagering was above this. I explained that my partner gives me money ( we are not talking thousands here, few hundred a month). I sent them a statement showing the deposits and explaining that I don’t pay any bills , my partner deals with all that. They’re now asking that I provide proof of his income and identity!  I’ve refused as I’ve never heard of 3rd party verification before and my partner would not be happy. I’m now very worried that they think I’m laundering or something. I’ve been with Casumo for a few years. I’ve now closed my account and emailed them stating how this is making me ill with worry. As I’ve sent them proof of the deposits into my account ( maybe £500 a month) why are they still hounding me and what will happen if I don’t send them what they requested ( which I never would). Thanks for any input you can give. 

 
This all sounds horrific. If you are verified why the need to provide more and more info. They should just be upfront and do everything before accepting your hard earned money. Maybe the gambling commission should look into this and not stop bonus buys 😡 rant over

well this is almost excactly like myself. They asked why i transfered my sallery to one of my familymembers and so on and i said so i dont gamble it all away and that i do that to pay the bills. I did not want to tell them my whole life situation and who i sent and recieved money from but i had to and in the end they payed out but closed my account for whatever reason. I was worried they would confiscate my winnings of 3500 euro for some stupid reason so i got really worried for over 2 weeks this lasted with no update at all. Its just terrible and i know exactly what feeling you got cause its no fun at all going through all that bullshit. If you dont have money in there i suggest just leaving them.

Ty. I’ve told them and sent them bank statements to prove he gives me money. I’ve already closed my account and can’t log in anymore but they’re still sending me emails. It’s making me ill. 

 
Truth is there is too many dickheads playing slots risking their last money and money their beloved or miney of their friends thays why they need to do that and i dont see anything wrong about it.hopefully your get your money and im pretty sure u will but i also think that verification Process should bit different all the players should be verified before even deposit so at least they could avoid this kind of issue.

Why don't they ask for those documents after you deposit, before you can lose your money in the games, if you get to the point of withdrawing your winnings, i dont think anyone would get in problems when winning money. Or do i miss something?
