Any chance that we can get sorting options for "newest comments first" once inside a topic? That way we don't have to navigate to the last page to find new comments.

I think you can use "Activity" menu in the navigation bar of this site for that, check it out

Yeah but that shows activity for the whole site. Would be a nice option if you're following a single post like Kim's stream updates posts.

Hmm I don't know about that, but you have also an option to follow someone if you click on their profile and follow. That way you'll see the new posts a person makes And I also think you can subscribe to thread so you get notified of any new replies. Let me know if that helps!
