I do not think you really understand what this is about.I think LeoVegas did the right thing here but just not quickly enough. I'm not sure what your complaint is other than wanting deposit boost on football odds,or have I read that wrong? If it was me who was dealing with your letters and emails I would have cut your your account straight away.I can also say that it is difficult to understand sarcasm in letters and emails so it would probably simply look like a problem gambler with an empty bank account asking for some credit to me. If you can afford to gamble large sums then fair enough and I'm sure your luck will turn at some point soon. My advice would simply be to go elsewhere as there are lots of gambling companies, bookies and casinos who seem to be begging for customers like yourself so take advantage of them.
What Leo Vegas basically did was to steal 400-620€ from me depending on how you look at it. Their TCs save them. They can close an account at anytime. They dont have to give you an answer to why.
Its scary. They could have waited 2-3 days and let me finish the monthly campaign, not wait 14 days and let me put in more money in the campaign and then close/pause the account without even a phone call. What kind of unseriousity is that?
I know what I am talking about. I even won a trip with Leo Vegas to the Champions League final before so I would not bash on Leo unless I wasnt really shocked by the treatment in this matter. I have been playing on easily 20+ sites over the years.
As I said. All good for a long time but how they decided to handle this case is totally absurd and I basically cant believe it.
