Oh wow, that’s sick! Since you have videoproof I would def make this a case with Evolution. Their terms probably protect them against ‘malfunction’ and you probably cannot proof this was on their end. But worth a shot! 

 
I definitely think there's no way that the casino will give him anything, but he can try it.

Remember to contact the casino he is playing, not evolution, because evolution has nothing to do with that, because alot of people choose Blue, and that was a bug on the casino.

Sorry for that tho, I experienced something like that before.

 
Unfortunately there is no way to get the money you were supposed to win in this case. You can escalate it to the highest place to the highest authority's department but the answer will be "no"

I would be furious as well btw. 😤

 
It seems 5x symbol covered blue triangle and this is why he was not able to press it.Maybe if he tried more fast pressing all corners around blue triangle the pick would be accepted.

 
Yeah, I think its cuz he clicked on the 5x.

Didn't even try to move the mouse around, so I honestly don't think he has a case, unfortunately.

 
It looks to me like the "5x" is on top of the blue so, when you are trying to click on "Blue" you are instead clicking on the "5x" that is on the Blue.

Yet more thoughtless design and quality testing from Evolution.

I see others are assuming the same as I, It's really poor design, why on earth would you design it this way, it makes no sense.
