Hi,
i am new here and hope to get some help.
i played on casinocruise and sloty on last friday and made some winnings. I requested withdrawal with rapid transfer since this was my deposit method. But unfortunately on casinocruise it failed twice and on sloty once.
so what i have done now is i made an additional deposit direclty via skrill in each account and requested the withdrawal new (excl the new deposit) to skrill.
i am really afraid that i will not get my money back. They won‘t tell me why the withdrawals failed, they only mention it popped back into my account.
funny is also - casinocruise asked for verification which was successfully done quite quickly. On sloty i was not asked. And both belont to genesis, right?
