SlotV Casino - Refuse to pay out

Hi,
 
From 3 days I tried to withdraw my money from slotv with mastercard and skrill but slotv not able to process withdraw transactions,.

Slotv Support answered me that  issue occurred on the payment system side but don't gave me detailed information about issued occured.

I contacted skrill and answer me that my account is fully verfied and works. 
Slotv doesn't give me support and don't give me a solution to withdraw my money. 

Can you help me? 

I attached answer by slotv support about rejected transaction.

In the mail they ask you to make another withdrawal request. Have you done that? It seems they know what triggered the mistake. I have never personally had problems with them.

Yes i withdrawed one more time with skrill and transaction is in process from more 24 hours .

Tomorrow  I'll ask again at support if there are update about withdrawal.

 
Withdrawal skrill transaction rejected for second times.. Disgustging... They don't give me any information about rejection...

 
SlotV manager is constantly spamming comments and youtube and streams on twitch with his stupid lines like:

disgusting. they didnt even have the game that was played lol

Ahaha  Slotv is a weird casino :).. At the beginning I sended to slotv my documents and slotv has verified my account where i say that

i'm italian and live in italy.

Then I  deposited and won . Now they can't pay me because italian player are not accepted by slotv casino...

they say me that  they have created a request for full refund of my deposits.
