I used to always play on Slotsmillion but did not deposit on here for a while, in the terms my country "Netherlands" used to not be restriced but now is.

I was still able to log in and make a deposit so I am glad I checked if my country is still not on the restricted list. Now I asked support for clarification and upon asking they simply permanently closed my account without getting any message back from them I also still have a little bit of money in my balance, a too little amount for me to care about but this should not be acceptable.

I hope this warns you about Slotsmillions customer friendliness simply closing my account like that, not asking if I want whats in my balance back to me and the worst fact allowing me to log in and deposit with 0% chance of a withdrawal if I did get some sort of winnings this last bit should be illegal. Scumbags.

Edit: also for clarification my account was verified here so they ofcourse knew my country.

Now got a automated email so no real response saying.

"Kindly be informed that according to our Terms and Conditions (2.1.4) we do not accept registrations from your country.Please note our system did not detect that your country of registration is the Netherlands."

Ofcouse bs because I was verified and withdrawed money multiple times without issue in the past. Just shady practice to change terms but leave my account open so I can ofcourse still deposit and lose money without any possibility of winning anything back.

They updated their T&C on the 8th of May so my best guess is they added The Netherlands to restricted countries in this last update.

They should have closed and paid out any remaining funds after this update.
