Deposited here a couple of times and this time rounded it up to 5000€ and decided to verify my account and withdraw. The KYC procedure is an automated process where you upload your documents and they get scanned in seconds. For proof of address they accept a couple of options and i used a bank statement PDF format like they asked but it was getting denied time and time again. So went into the live chat and told to try again. Done it but the problem persited so got to live chat the next day (because the process got blocked for too many attempts) to be told that they can't accept my bank statement for proof of address because i'm a irish resident and due to specific licensing and regulatory compliance requirements this isn't accepted for proof of address.
Relevant to mention that they knew from our 1st encounter that i'm a irish resident and still required me to upload the same document that they already knew it won't be accepted.
I went through a dozen of KYC's but never ever encountered anything like it. Decided to do some research and asked chat gpt to check if something similar comes up in their T&C's, their FAQ or in the Curaçao Gaming Authority license that they under. In none of the above mentioned has anything related to what i was told. I've mentioned to them that there's no other option for me to verify my account.
@Skylined87 some assistance is needed with this issue please.
