Hi,
I have a issue about a slot: pirate Kingdom megaways.
I won around 872 euro on the 9th spin then the game froze and when i reloaded the page my free spins were gone... I checked the history of the slot and it said that the slot was " MISSETLED" i dont even know what that means...
Contacted cutomer support and after 6 days the issue is still under invastigation... Why should this take so long? Cant they Just set the slot back to the 9th spin and let me continue? OR at least give me the 872 euro..
The casino name is: betchan i thought that they were pretty trustable and legit. But the communication is very poor.
I spend around 500 euro on the slot till i got this win so i think you can understand my frustration.
