Sky Vegas withdrawal issue cant get in contact with them

Im attempting a withdrawal with sky but have come up against an issue i cant get in contact with them through any means i have tried them all !! live chat is offline nobody is on messenger, phone is offline, and nobody on twitter, understandably coronavirus is causing some issues at the moment but surely i should be able to contact them some way does anyone know how i can have this issue resolved?

Its only £200 i don't want to make a fuss really but i tried yesterday too and im worried that its not going to get it resolved.
