Have you spoken to support about the issue?

Simba Games who are part of Skill on Net Ltd do have some horrendous bonus terms but are one of the best at providing support and withdrawal times. You very rarely see complaints about them.

I believe this was an unfortunate graphical glitch, it happens very rarely but it does (for example Reggie got sticky wilds on Monkey King and they didn't count). I hope they give you a fair compensation for this, as it's extremely tilting to see or understand that it's only a graphical glitch, while the math behind is 100% right.
