Hi there all!

I found CasinoFriday to play my favourite games, Reactoonz 1 & 2 (Yeah, I know!).

In the game help file I couldnt see the RTP, so I asked livechat yesterday:

Could you tell me what the RTP is on Reactoonz and Reactoonz 2? I can not see it in the game file

All our games have RTP of 94-97%. Unfortunately we cannot see the specific games either, that do not have it shown in the game themselves. 🙂

but at other casinos you can see it in the help file normally sir

That is unfortunately not the case here.

But as said all games have RTP of 94-97%.

Okay, thank you

94% is low, but for me the absolute minimum to play Play 'n Go on. So off I go and I had a session on Reactoonz 1 and 2. The RTP-helpfile didnt felt good so I decided to check again today, with the help of the insepect page in Chrome (I forgot to do that yesterday). There I saw:

<custom><RTP Value=\"91\

I decided to contact livechat straight away and got this remarkable response:

How can i help you regarding the RTP?

Yes

Your team answerd that all your games are between 94 and 97%, correct?

Pasi 14:47

That is correct.
me:

I just checked the inspect game filles on REactoonz for example.

"<custom><RTP Value=\"91\"

This does not make me happy to be honest

Cause I was expecting it to be at least 94%, which is already low

Pasi 14:48

That is something the game provider handles and if the RPT is slower, they have not informed us. The minimum should be around 94%.
me:

But it isn't at 94%. And that is a bit too easy, cause I asked your livechat team what the RTP was, while it is at least 3% lower

Pasi 14:49

That is the information we have from the game providers.
me:

I played the play 'n go games cause I assumed it was on at least 94

I am wondering what the compensation or the solution will be.

Cause it is too easy to just say: oo, incorrect information

Pasi 14:50

Naturally the general RTP being around 94, means some games can have lower, some games higher.
me:

Sir, your team said to me all slots where at least 94 and ma 97

max

Pasi 14:51

The general RTP is around 94%. This means some games can have lower, some higher.
Me:

That is not what I asked. I asked what the RtP on reactoonz was and your team said it was at least 94, max 97

Pasi 14:51

And we answered you that we don´t have a way to check it individually.

And gave youa general answer, regarding all games.
me:

But I checked it for you now, and it is not in your 94-97 range

Pasi 14:52

91% is around 94%.

As said, different games can have hither or lower RTP.
Me:

So this is your solution? I found this website via Casinogrounds.com, I will put the issue on the forum there, not to blame you guys but it does not sound fair that you guys told me that there was at least 94% RTP, 91% is way lower. Not just around 94%

Pasi 14:53

You are naturally free to do so. The answer we have given you, was that the general RTP is between 94-97%. We did not say that the game in questio, had a specific RPT.
Me:

Could you please send me the chat transcript of yesterday please?

''91 is around 94''........

But what to do now? Leave it? It feels a bit unfair to be honest

SCAM SCAM... Stay away. Just lying to your face like that.

Thanks for the post mate. Good to know which casinos to avoid. Pure Scam

This is a really dodgey tactic if this is true. Being able to hide the RTP on the game itself should be a violation of their license? Then adding in whatever  return to player percentage the so-called "provider" wants by hiding it is or should be regulated under the MGA license isn't it?

And the whole "it's only a few percent" argument is bullshit when it's $billions$ involved and millions of players every year. That extra $50 loss over $1k adds up!

Are the casinos endorsed by Casinogrounds vetted? These cowboys changing the rules all the time is a moneygrabbing scheme with a "License" meaning almost nothing. Sort of takes a little more fun out of casino gaming :(

I think this comes down to a trust thing. We put our trust into these casinos, the Malta Gaming License or our friends here by endorsing these casinos isn't a good thing if this is indeed true. Back to the old days when casinos weren't regulated and it came down to trusting the casino to payout with your fingers crossed most of time and that sucked.

If this is true thanks for the heads up and I will be checking every slot I play for real RTP percentages.
I fully agree (although it is licensed in Estonia apparently). But before I signed up with this casino I checked if it was GC recommended, so that is why I joined them.

Good lesson for the future to not just believe livechat but do your own investigation. Still thinking what I should do now or just leave it.

I've forwarded this thread to Friday, hoping for a reply ASAP. Personally I don't play PnG och Pragmatic unless I can see the RTP because I know if it's lower they won't state it.

RTP on some of these slots is more likely to be 65%~75% you’ll never be able to prove it. They will tell you to do millions of spins to get a more accurate percentage. It’s all bullshit. We are all being played.

Or just play on Mountgold/Refuel/Amok great casinos, instant cash outs and the RTP is visible on every game banner when you click the game (Play and go is also 94.5% here, as far as I know only (ROOTZ) still offers 96.5% (Caxino, Wheelz etc.))

I really wonder why not all casinos just show the RTP per game before you click it.

Hey @letsgiveitaspin

Did you receive any update? I did not hear anything from them.

At least this experience made me gamble-free for 4 weeks, that isnt bad either!

@LetsGiveItASpin

It does seem that this Casino has gone rogue. The change of licensing is pretty obvious sign as well. :(
