Well, if you need to create a new page to explain your t&c you kinda agree that the initial t&c are not very clear. Unfortunately i didnt' find this page when i first browsed the site. There should be only one page for terms and this should be good enough explaind. bad user experience if you have to read on multiple pages to understand the terms 100%

Melvin, the downside is you need to use cash balance to wager bonus. Once you dip into the bonus funds (since they aren't separated) you'll need to redeposit to water right? So if you don't get a hit in your cash balance then why continue? This is a redundant bonus...

Yes it's true that you need cash balance to make the WR. But I don't think the bonus is redundant at all, since it's still possible to clear it at a later time. 

Downside of some other bonuses: 
- Bonus and Cash are tied together, you can't withdraw before meeting the WR

- You have to lose your cash before the bonus becomes relevant, since WR is only done on bonus

- You can't play with the bonus balance at all, but still meet WR with cash only

The fist one is definitely going to be a thing of the past.

Second one, you should also mention that you can cancel the bonus and withdraw the cash if you haven't lost the money balance. It is a proper second chance bonus. Free money to have a go at beating the wagering.

With your system, the problem is (and has been hinted to above) it does not encourage responsible gambling. You are encouraged to make a deposit to beat wagering. With all of the responsible gambling guidelines being issues by the UKGC (a new one today - consider responsible gambling before you give somebody VIP status) I can see your type of bonus disappearing soon too.

It will be end of the type of bonus Royal Panda / Bellfruit offers as well as the normal match bonuses where wagering starts immediately.

All that will be left are the parachute kind of bonuses where you can always cancel it and withdraw providing you haven't hit the bonus funds.

Yes most likely but the casinos will just screw us more by adding more wagering ^_^

I deposited £50 on royal panda with welcome bonus I dipped into bonus funds, I had wagering of £1500 to do I manged to do it on £100 deposit & cashout £800 total.

Just to clarify, there is no downside to taking our bonus. In that case his play would have stopped after the first 100 deposit. In this case, he's managed to turn his bonus into €900 with only €3000 WR.

You keep on telling yourself that Melvin, the rest of us know that it is a piss take.

I'm glad that I've read this as I was going to join Royal Panda. I won't now though.

Hi mate i had the same thing happen to me. What i did was have fun with the bonus balance until i got it up to 2 grand. At that point it became worthy of a re-deposit. I then chose favourable games for wagering and finished with nearly 1800. Its very doable just think about it properly before you do anything.

Is this a little similar to Videoslots in that you get a percentage as you pass certain wagering thresholds and they release percentages of the bonus? 

I think any casino which requires you to redeposit while showing a bonus balance and not allowing it to be played with without more deposits are sharks. This situation has now scrubbed Royal Panda off my own 'to do' list until the bonus structure is changed.

LadyLucks allow you to wager bonus after you've lost your cash balance so can't see what you mean here.

On top of this horsesh*t their verification process takes 100 years. Slowest I've had so far (other than the shady curacao casinos). Melvin is nice, but it doesn't help when everything else is crap.

Got a €50 win from having the worst win on Bonanza - made it to 600-800, then the verification took so long I just played it all away and left.

Probably not going back there  :4head: .

In  your case, you were lucky enough to turn your bonus into €1000. The good news is that now you can really clear it with 100% certainty with a profit. Bad news if you don't have funds though, I do agree. On 3500 turnover on a 97% RTP slot, you'd lose ~€105.

97% RTP comes from billions upon billions of spins on test phase. How come could You promise this with 100% certainty!?
