Royal Panda Complaint

Before i start i  want people to know that i do read the terms and conditions of each casino before depositing money but what i am about to state was not wrote clear enough or even noticeable when i went to deposit.

So i deposited £100 in to royal panda and they matched that with another £100 long story short i didn't get a big hit until i was down to my last £30 the hit i got was over 1000x and i was way over a thousand pound so i decided to check the wagering to find i was still on the same 18% wagering that i was on an hour prior to the big hit. so i spend another £100 and then re check the wagering to find that the wagering has not changed. the moral of the whole story and complaint here is i have to DEPOSIT MY OWN MONEY AND ONLY WHEN I DEPOSIT MY OWN MONEY WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THE WAGERING. i have never know a casino to do this?! i have played on plenty of casinos and all offer to still do wagering even in bonus money. i dont get much money so for me to get my balance up to over £1000 was a great feeling but then finding out i cant complete anything was so deflating...i think the whole wagering scheme on that casino should be changed but apart from that its a great casino im just so annoyed that now i cant do anything with the money and i only have 90 days to beat the wagering :(  i would have to spend so much money just to get a withdraw.

I don't understand:

DEPOSIT MY OWN MONEY AND ONLY WHEN I DEPOSIT MY OWN MONEY WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THE WAGERING
You deposited £100, right? ANy slots you play should contribute to wagering but check what slots are excluded from wagering (300 shields, dead or alive, wishmaster, secrets of the stones seem to be common ones).

I haven't checked this casino's specific terms but generally wagering requirements are around 35x - sometimes deposit and bonus so you could be looking at £7,000 wagering (or maybe £3,500). You'd have to look at the figures but with a balance of £1,000+ then the wagering is definitely achieveble! Don't give up hope and don't do silly bets, stick to £0.60-£1.20 bet size is my suggestion.

Also if you're a new member, I'd suggest verifying your account now so when you withdraw it can be processed without hiccup!

mate my balance was on£900 it was saying i cant do any wagering unless i had money in my cash balance and because all my money was bonus money i would have to do deposit after deposit just to beat the wagering, its pathetic

Ahh, I've just read the terms on Gamcheck:

• Wagering requirements are 35x the bonus amount• Wagering requirements can only be met with cash balance bets• Bonus money shall expire after 90 days of being credited if the player has not met the wagering requirements• The maximum bet permitted when playing with bonus money is £5

This kind of sucks - how much wagering is left to do? I know you mentioned 18% done so I guess you've got around £3,000 left. If you think about it, you managed to do 18% with £100 cash balance so perhaps It'd be worth re-depositing to clear the wagering? I know you said you can't spare much more towards it but I don't know what else you can do :(

thanks for the help man but its going to have to be left alone i cant spare any more money towards it :( such a shame i went from so joyed last night to so deflated after finding that out :(

Well hats off for being responsible! Don't think of losing £900 - just think of losing £100; and with that £100 came some excitement!

Sorry to hear again. My advice is don't take bonuses and that way you have no restrictions. I learnt the hard way when my £4k withdrawal was declined so now I don't take bonuses :(

I have seen this bonus requirements on another casino - Bell Fruit, same type of wagering but it is indeed not the best / rare.

Maybe @Melvin - Royal Panda can drop his thoughts in this topic and possibly help you somehow.

@TechnoT i think you didnt read the T&C good enough, because it's stated there. I have to add that it's really not well stated. They could add an example or something so there were no confusing around the bonus terms. If the bonus terms are long and confusing, it's because they trying to hide what a crappy bonus they offer.

personally i think this is a really bad welcome bonus, and there are other casinos out there with way better. I've taken many, but i've keept away from this casino.

I feel your pain and frustration tho :(

Hey guys! Thanks for the tag, happy to help out here.

At the first deposit, you get a 100% welcome bonus up to €100. There are only 35x WR on the bonus amount. Wagering can be done with cash money only, and you play cash first. While this indeed comes with a downside of no longer wagering when you lose your cash balance, there are still many upsides.

- You don't have to first lose your cash balance before a bonus becomes useful

- While you play with cash first, there are no terms & conditions or restrictions whatsoever. Any cash won can be withdrawn immediately. (however, a withdrawal would cancel your bonus).

- You can still play with your bonus balance. Unlike some other welcome bonuses, you can still wager with your bonus balance. This means that you can turn your $100 bonus into an amount worth clearing, while the WR remains the same at 35x the initial bonus.

In  your case, you were lucky enough to turn your bonus into €1000. The good news is that now you can really clear it with 100% certainty with a profit. Bad news if you don't have funds though, I do agree. On 3500 turnover on a 97% RTP slot, you'd lose ~€105. Since you already did 18%, that'd be even more favorable for you. Just make sure you don't wager too much in one spin, but if you keep the variance low it should be very possible to clear the rest of your WR with a 100 euro deposit and cash out the whole €1000.

Please let me know if I can be of any more assistance.

This is why we've even created a T&C explained page. https://www.royalpanda.com/promotions/explanation/ We're definitely not trying to hide anything, and there are in my opinion definitely upsides to our bonus. Especially for the players who also enjoy playing for their own money there is essentially no downside to our bonus system, it's just a nice extra.

Just to clarify, there is no downside to taking our bonus. In that case his play would have stopped after the first 100 deposit. In this case, he's managed to turn his bonus into €900 with only €3000 WR.

i understand thank you :) such a shame though i dont get money often and any money i do i certainly cant afford to risk on deposit after deposit i would probably be £1000 of my money in just to withdraw it back again :( but it wasnt until i was on £950 bonus balance until i realsied my wagering was not changing so i just spent it all on a chance of taking the balance to around 2.5 k so at least i could get something back but obviously its all gone its such a shame as i was happy to play the £950 if i could wager it. if only :(

It is my understand that this type of bonus is going to be banned soon my the UKGC. Going forward you should always be able to withdraw money if your own money is in play. It will be end of the type of bonus Royal Panda / Bellfruit offers as well as the normal match bonuses where wagering starts immediately.

All that will be left are the parachute kind of bonuses where you can always cancel it and withdraw providing you haven't hit the bonus funds.

Actually it's the other way around. Your cash and bonus funds at Royal Panda are NOT locked together. You play cash first and can withdraw your cash at any time. There are no T&C whatsoever while playing with your cash.

Melvin, the downside is you need to use cash balance to wager bonus. Once you dip into the bonus funds (since they aren't separated) you'll need to redeposit to water right? So if you don't get a hit in your cash balance then why continue? This is a redundant bonus...

Please clarify if I'm mistaken

Very much a grey area. Unlike a "proper" second chance bonus, you don't need cash to continue wagering. You continue spinning until either you bust or make wagering after which bonus funds convert to cash that you can withdraw.

Look a the OP as an example. He can't do anything because he doesn't have the funds. It may even result in him borrowing money or spent money he can't afford right now to beat the wagering.

Don't misunderstand me, I have no problem with this type of bonus per-se. I made a very healthy profit at Bellfruit last year off he back of it.
