I signed up to Rizk last week and deposited using my Skrill account first but accidently used my Husbands Monzo Card for the next Deposit . I contacted them and informed them of this and they requested a million documents inc Third Party ID . I have supplied a photo of me holding my Passport with a timestamp , my passport photo, a bank letter/ statement , my Skrill Account screenshot including Name and Account . I was told it was being escalated to the relevant team, that was 3 days ago and they blocked my account and today i found out it was closed . I have £9000 i won and was in the process of withdrawing , they have given me no reason why it was blocked or any information at all .
is anyone else sick and tired of getting the scripted "it's been escalated and you will be contacted by email"?
Anyone that can help me just get an answer that would be great .. do i need to send bloods and offer my first born child to them ?
on the other hand Party Casino , Verified Me , Processed my withdrawal and had the money in my bank within 4 hours ( using all the same documents and details )
