I GOT EMAIL FROM RIZK ; So head on down to your Rewards sections at Rizk, that €10 is not going to spend itself. WEN I GO TO SITE  O SORRY WE SEND WRONG EMAIL AND TEY GIVE NOTHING ITS NOTH MY FOULD TEY SEND WRONG EMAIL BUT I AM THE ONE HO IS GETTING NOTHING , I THINK TEY WANNE TRY TO LURE PEOPLE IN.

 
It would be really bad if they actually did that. They should at least give you something since it was their fault. Talk to support again, if you are a loyal player they should give you something imo, GL. 

 
Did you contact live support?

I can see about getting a representative from Rizk here to respond to this officially.

In all of our interactions with our customers we make every effort to ensure that the information that we give is timely and accurate.
Unfortunately, in this instance, and due to human error, some e-mails were sent out incorrectly and for that we apologise.

As soon as this error was uncovered, an inbox message was sent to every affected players account notifying them of the error. The aim of this was of course to ensure that all affected players received the information on point of login as this was the most practical and immediate way of informing players of the error.

We have instigated further procedures to try to ensure that this kind of error cannot be repeated and once again, please accept our apologies.

I also got this email but it's no big deal to me. Human errors happen all the time. Well done captain rizk taking time to reply here 

 
I also got this mail about a 100% bonus up to €100. So I made deposit and was surprised when bonus was not in my account. Then when I contacted their support they told me they couldn't do anything about it and that the mail I got was sent out by mistake.. Bullshit marketing..

Yeah I got this same email, but could not find it in the reward section, so contacted support got same thing that it was a error, pretty much the reason I stopped playing at Rizk as well.

 
i even got email with replay:

We are very sorry for the trouble here, the Captain is informed and is working on new and exciting offers for you as we speak.
