Rizk + Neteller 2fa = Not Possible?

Hey!

So, I came across an issue while trying to deposit at Rizk website with Neteller. 

The problem is, on your 1st deposit, when you add new Neteller account, you have to add Email and Secure Id, which is one-time 2fa code which resets every minute. But Rizk just saves the 2fa code and on your next deposit(s) you are just not able to enter 2fa because all you can enter is an amount you want to deposit.

So, my question is: how to deposit with Neteller on Rizk, if there is no option to enter 2fa code after your 1st deposit?

Maybe Rizk Representative can clarify this?

It's been like this for as long as i can remember. You need to choose "add new account" every time to make a deposit. It works.

I did even send them a video recording of this issue because when i told them in chat they didnt understand (guess the dont depoist themselves...), but even with the video they did not manage to fix it ?‍
