Rizk casino issues

I've got a grand in a casino to sum its nowt but to me it is! And I can't get it due to insufficient identification I only have my citizen card and even tho rizk casino is part if MT securetrade they will not accept it even though dunder, shadowbet do? I've sent emails to a well established streamer I won't say any names but I'm fucking fuming man what is it like? Shit on the little guy? ???

Why don't you get a passport driving licence or ask them what they would accept. The way you come across Is quite disturbing

 casino mugged me off simple as! I sent my fkn identity across on the 3rd January 2019 then in live chat 5days ago I'm being told my identity was all good I then went ahead and deposit £490!!!

I want to apologise to all who have read this topic yes I come across toxic and yes I've already sent off for my provisional its just a waiting game I'm just so angry at the fact even my account on rizk in the identity section there was no pop ups asking me for identification only until i wanted to withdraw! And in live chat I got told you can wait upto around 24hours and it did take them 22 of those hours to tell me by email I need driving licence or passport and then in my rizk account that's when the popups came asking me for identification in my eyes thats not good enough I'm not going say I'm a veteran in the online casinos but rest assured I always always! make sure before hand that identification is sorted before I deposit and I always take screenshots of my live chats I've got multiple screenshots from veroius online casinos as my proof but this time its been an absolute joke getting told totally different things and it burns inside of me knowing I've been mugged off. 

 
If I was you I would restrict my account so I couldn't spend any more and just wait till your ID comes hopefully it'll get sorted soon

Ask what they accept you won the money it will stay there untill the correct id is accepted how have you been mugged of unless you cant provide any of he id and never will. Ask chat qed explained get the answer then go from there.your acting like they voided your winnings mate

 
I got the balance to 3 grand and lost the lot haha fuck it man and aye I did over react

Rizk have absolutely battered me recently deposit after deposit after deposit on book of dead 1000s of spins to get a feature then mugged off with jacks or something for 20x or less I'm starting to wonder what's happened to that game it used to be good. I must of put over £300 through on 10-20p spins had like 5 features in all that one paid just over 100x the rest were all under 30 what an absolute joke its hard to quit because you keep thinking its got to pay at some point, After my next decent hit on that game its going on he banned list for life along with rise of merlin which has been equally as bad.

I know you should expect to constantly lose money gambling but that level of a game just dead spinning is taking the fucking piss there is no chance I could recoup even a quarter of my losses unless I up the stake. Rename it to book of dead spins

Well answer would still be kinda same. It is not casino issue when someone run bad on slot its just cold stream and we have them. Casino issue is when u have problems with verifications, deposits , withdrawls etc. I once did do over 1500 spins on steamtower before i got bonus that did pay 10x and i never tought i would blame videoslots for that.

Yeah, it would've been the same, but the tone is much better. 

And for the sake of the thread I will agree with you. Nothing connects the casino to a bad streak.
