Hi, 

It's impossible to use bank withdrawals! 

Norwegian Banks have stopped payments from online casinos yet again like last year! 

They have blocked payments since 25th of May! 

For me I have 20K NOK that I can't withdraw from Neon Vegas casino.. 

I can't use Skrill,Neteller, and Ecopayz! 

PS - 

Betpoint trick you to deposit. Bank withdrawal is an option to use before the account is verified. So when It's verified the option to use bank withdrawal is then removed..

May i ask why you cant use e-wallets? If you make a small deposit from skrill, you can withdraw back to skrill, and cash out from there.

I have tried many times but my Skrill account is closed, and they never answer my emails to reopen it again. 

I tried all summer last year for 4 months to get my money without any luck.. 

Neteller is garbage. 

 
I got my money from Skrill. Took several emails and a phone call to fix my account there.. 

The question is why I got 768NOK(75Euro) less then my withdrawal to my bank account. My withdrawal from Neon Vegas was 19970NOK. I requested a withdrawal of 19632NOK from Skrill. Nowhere is it stated that It's transfered in another currencies like Euro. (I got 18864NOK) 

Does everyone get a monster fee like that??

If your currency in skrill and the casino both is NOK, you should not loose anything in currency exchange. I've seen others complain about withdrawal fees from betpoint group before, mabye that is why. Did you ask the chat or check the fee during withdrawal?

 
The problem is from Skrill to my bank account. I withdraw 19632kr from my Skrill account, but I got only 18864kr credited in my bank account. That's 768kr less than expected.. 

My casino and Skrill account is in NOK, so how is it possible to get 768kr in fee?

The thing that most likely happened here is that the payment processor the casino and Skrill use is in EURO and it gets exchanged a few times before it hits your bankaccount, even though the currency is showing in NOK - resulting in a small loss (or gain) in the amount you get. Totally normal, and not a fee AFAIK

I believe the issue with the withdrawal has been solved as we discussed on the PM. Apologies for the late response on this thread. 

Regarding the amount of the transaction, I have raised the case to our Payments and Fraud manager. 

I will inform you back once I get further feedback from our Payments and Fraud manager.

The case is solved from your part. I got the correct amount from Neon Vegas to my Skrill account thanks to your effort. 🙂 

I talked about the next step. Withdrawing from Skrill to my bank. They took almost 800NOK in fee.. 

This tread is solved an can be closed for further comments.
