[RESOLVED] Ikibu Confusion!?

Just wondering if anyone can help me, I completed my free spins for signing up with Ikibu, and ended up with a balance of £80 after wagering through it my attempts at withdrawing keep getting cancelled and when I contact their customer support they say I need to deposit and waged 45x £10... but if this is the case then why did I need to wager the free spins in the first place? Really confused, cheers guys.

Hi  Andreas, I managed to withdraw £50 in the end, apparently I could not withdraw because I hadn't made a deposit with that particular casino, either way I probably will just stick with Rizk from now on.. thanks for the help mate appreciate it.

Cheers mate, really apreciate the help from both of you. Just a shame I didn't create the thread earlier when I was up to £120, I had to deposit and withdraw at £50 as everything else was getting cancelled. Love your streams/videos btw Nick keep up the good work!
