[RESOLVED] Huge Scam at Sultanbet from Casino Grounds referral

Hey Guys . I hope somebody can help me out !! 
 

I had a felt something would happen or they would invent something .

So , I registered to sultan from casino grounds referral . Made couple of thousands deposit and lost . and forgot about it . 
the vip team got my number and start calling me that I can have a deposit bonus on my next deposit everyday . I never cared and yesterday I messaged the vip on what’s app and he give me a 290€ deposit bonus for sports so it was a 100% deposit bonus . Never mention any limits , only the wager 10x. 
 

Quick story short . I end up going to win 2300€ and completing the wager . 
 

so the money when from bonus to Real Money on my account . 

I withdraw 1000€ and let 1000 to play . 
 

well I was lucky again and won 5000. 
 

decided to stop playing . Messaged Sky to help with withdrawal of 5000 and went to sleep . And now got the message that my balance is only 1800 because they have a limit of 2800 for winning with the bonus. 
 

that’s a complete scam . First of all , it doesn’t say anywhere in TC about it , the vip manager never said about and THE MAIN SCAM IS THAT I WITHDRAW THE MONEY AND WITH REAL MONEY , after the bonus become real money , end up winning 5000 . 
 

THATS CRAZYYYYY . I hope Casino Grounds can help me . I messaged sky as soon as I won 5000 and I took all of screenshots as soon as I went to sleep to have everything perfect, had a feeling that they may create something new to not pay me !

The vip team confirmed that as long as the money is withdrawble I can play with it ! 
 

The relevant team mentioned that since this amount is considered a withdrawable amount, it can be set as a deposit, and you can play with this amount under the 1x wager requirement.

My balance was withdrawal at 2300 under the limit of win for that bonus . Made the 1000€ withdrawal and left with 1300. 
 

Now- I withdraw 2000€ from that money and they keep saying I can play the money no problem . But when I did , they voided the winnings . 
 

Last update on this , it has not been recovered yet ! 
 

Me and Sky are fighting with them hope we can do something ! 

 
Another information. My bonus when was added never mentioned any caps on the bonus, nether the vip team , nether the support team , nether the terms and conditions!

Quick update ! They keep rejecting my 800 withdrawal and saying that this money can be played and I can use it with no problem ! 

And that there is no limit for wining ! 

 
Seem like a stalling tactic, you can play but can't withdraw.

Stay calm and don't lose the money,  just wait for @Skylined87 to get some info. If you are worried that you gonna spunk the money away in frustration, take a 7 days cool down on the site. 

 
I have checked with the casino and everything seems to check out (the bonus T&C that was used - see below). Rest of the winnings were paid out to the player (except what was above 10x the bonus).

Update - This was still not resolved. 
It may take time for them to create a new T&C that will void . But until now . I am in 100% right of my winnings! 

 
After extensive research of what happened, this is it:

- When you reached out to live chat, they provided you with answer that there's no max win cap - however that only applies for the welcome bonuses. As you were using the live chat without being logged in, the agents were talking about the Welcome Bonus which has no maximum cashout.
- You received and claimed a VIP bonus which comes in a form of pop-up with a link to Terms & Conditions.
- While there is no specific terms for 10x conversion mentioned in general T&C for Switzerland, there is a section which mentions this:
7.20.10. The maximum withdrawable amount from a sports deposit bonus will be provided in the dedicated bonus Terms and Conditions. - which was true for the VIP bonus that you have claimed and were informed of the 10x maximum cashout via the phone for which you accepted.

Furthermore, you were informed of 10x max wagering and chat informed you that it's exclusive bonus then (see attached):

Based on all the evidence provided from the casino, I consider this resolved and will pursue the matter no more.

 As previously stated, please note that special deals and offers are also subject to their own bonus T&Cs that need to be followed. After the balance adjustment had taken place, we have communicated the reason to the user and processed their withdrawals in a timely manner. As such, we will consider our decision final and consider this matter to be resolved.

 While we have acted in accordance with our rules, we appreciate your feedback and bringing this matter to our attention as it helps us recognize available room for improvement to avoid possible similar issues going forward.
