[Resolved] Delayed payout from Betinia

Hey casinogrounds,

Betinia won’t pay out my winnings even though I’m verified on their site and have made several withdraw attempts to the same CC used to deposit, without any luck.

the amount is DKK 142.000,- and it’s starting to get on my nerves.

I have a brief update for you, @Floydw. I'm in contact with Betinia. The contact person has not yet indicated whether they'll look into it, other than asking specifically for details which I've forwarded. It's an active dialogue, and as soon as I have a more detailed update for you, it'll be passed on to you via PM, or in this thread.

Edit: The casino has confirmed looking into it, and it hopes to have an answer tomorrow.

Note: Betinia's legal team does not allow details to be discussed between their side and ours, as CasinoGrounds is not an official ADR agent (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
